Why Grace Changes Everything - By Chuck Smith Why Grace Changes Everything is a simple book with the simple message that it is by the grace of God that we come to faith and by that same grace that we remain by faith. Click on the Read More link below for additional information about this book or other Recommended Books by Pastor Gregg. I have read and re-read this book many times and enjoy being reminded that I stand right before God not because of my works of righteousness, but because of the work of Christ on the cross. If you want to be free from the tendency of viewing your relationship with God as "if I do good deeds God will be pleased with me..." then this is the book for you. Other chapter topics include: The Door is Never Closed; A Garden Not a Factory; Free Indeed!; and Won't They Go Wild?. You can order Why Grace Changes Everything by clicking here .
The Complete Husband - by Lou Priolo I r
The Man God Uses by Henry Blackaby Many may be familiar with the author (renown for the excellent work and study book - Experiencing God), but not as familar with this small book. I have read and re-read this book many times and have been blown away by the simplicity and profundity of its message. This simply written book will challenge you to grow in faith and trust in your loving Savior. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great Father's Day gift as well. The Man God Uses by Henry Blackeby can be purchased here.
The Great Physician - by G. Campbell Morgan A challenging read, but divided into short (6-8 page) chapters looking at everyone of Jesus' interactions with people (large and small) in the gospels. Take your time with this one and you will be blessed for having done so. The Great Physician - by G. Campbell Morgan can be purchased here. |
